IWF Executive Board Meeting
Today, Tuesday the 2nd of November 2011, starts the meeting of the Executive Board of the IWF. It will last 2 days throughout the leaders of the weightlifting's world will discuss about different topics, as the coming World Championships, the qualifications for the Olympic Games, the geopolitical aspect of the weighlifting, the prevention and doping tests.
Only its 21 members can take part of the 2 annual meetings (before the Junior and Senior World Championships), with just a few selected guests.

Women -48kg: Nurcan TAYLAN
Nurcan TAYLAN, turkish, is the World Champion 2010 in -48kg. At 27 years old she already won 4 European titles, 1 World title, and 1 Olympic title. She is favourite and expected to succeed another time.3

Yesterday afternoon, she came in the site of the competition and made her first work out. Obviously the fans of weightlifting among the organization were glad te see this champion.
